Rooted in the Kujawsko-Pomorskie region – Bydgoszcz and Toruń – my journey began as a student entrepreneur, combining business ventures with social engagement. Early initiatives earned numerous awards and distinctions, including from the Polish Red Cross.
Since 2007, I have built socio-economic projects where entrepreneurial freedom meets dialogue and responsibility. Drawing from experience in NGOs, social movements, parliamentary work (2015–2019: initiator and expert of bilateral Poland–Arab groups and the Parliamentary Group for Intercultural and Interreligious Dialogue), and business, I create real bridges between Poland and the Middle East.
I am the originator and leader of RBC – Investment & Consulting (since 2017), a premium business concierge Poland–Middle East. We have organized the largest Poland–Iraq Business Forums (2018–2025) with ministers, ambassadors, and top executives, conducted socio-economic missions, established a permanent showroom in Iraq, and supported over 100 initiatives enabling Polish companies to enter Arab markets – resulting in export contracts, trade agreements, and direct access to MENA decision-makers.
I co-founded and lead the Foundation for Dialogue of Cultures and Religions ICAR – Intercultural Amber Route, where intercultural and interreligious dialogue serves as the foundation for peaceful scientific and economic cooperation. Key initiatives include strengthening Poland’s international image, combating stereotypes – such as events under “The Path of Dialogue of the People of the Book” and promoting the story of the Janikowo twins as a symbol of empathy and human connection across cultures.
My business focus spans the agri-food sector, exports to demanding markets (including Iraq), premium real estate attracting capital from the UAE and Saudi Arabia, as well as initiatives like Poland Global Connect. I combine practical knowledge of logistics, geopolitical risk, and B2G/B2B negotiations with deep understanding of cultural and religious contexts – enabling faster decisions and risk minimization.
